Barre Workout

New class from Move by Marina

Mondays. 6pm to 7pm,

in person, and zoom available

Being a Barre Instructor allows Marina to combine two of her greatest passions, dance and fitness. Marina loves the challenge of incorporating both her dance and fitness experience into her classes. You will leave Marina’s barre class feeling satisfied, stronger, closer to achieving your fitness goals, and filled with positive energy!

Pilates Core - NEW CLASS!

Wednesdays 6pm to 7pm,

in person, and zoom available

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well.

 Adult Ballet 

Thursdays from 10:45am to 12pm

in person, and zoom available

While beginner/intermediate dancers are welcome to join as well, this 75 minute professional ballet class is mostly geared towards active dancers who want to maintain their strength and technique as covid ends and audition season begins.

 Dance Jam! 

Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm

in person, and zoom available

Masks on, sneakers on, game on! Awesome, high energy dance cardio workout class. No experience needed. Have fun burning calories, learn some cool moves for the dance club - if there will ever be dance clubs again....
