Meet Your Instructor: Natasha A. Atkins, MSW
Natasha is an award-winning social worker and an instructor at the Tyler Brown Dance Center. Passionate about helping others transform their fitness practice with grace and elegance, she integrates dance-inspired movements from ballet and modern dance into her teaching. With two decades of experience working with children and adults, Natasha’s expertise spans barre, Pilates, Stand-Up Paddle Yoga (SUP Yoga), Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT), and aerial arts.
